Business Administration Tools
At Autoscriber, we use a limited number of third-party tools to support our internal business operations, such as project management, customer support, billing, and communications.
These tools are not part of the Autoscriber application itself and do not process patient audio, transcripts, or medical content generated by our platform.
Where these tools may process limited personal data (such as employee details or customer contact information), Autoscriber ensures that appropriate contractual, technical, and organisational safeguards are in place, in line with GDPR, ISO 27001, and NEN 7510 requirements.
How these tools are used
- They are used internally by Autoscriber staff only.
- They do not have access to live production data from the Autoscriber application. And therefore, do not process sensitive patient health data.
- They are subject to access controls, least-privilege principles, and security monitoring.
- Data shared with these tools is limited to what is strictly necessary for the relevant business function.

Data protection and compliance
Autoscriber applies the same high standard of security governance to these tools as required under:
- ISO 27001
- NEN 7510
- GDPR
This includes:
- Data Processing Agreements where applicable
- Regular access reviews
- Incident and change management controls
